kiax 0.8.51 - please review & upload

Hello VoIP maintainers,

	There is a new upstream version of kiax 0.8.51. I reviewed the diff against 
the old one 0.8.5 and the important security changes are found in their 
lib/libiax2/{md5|iax}.c. Since the upstream lib/ is stripped from our dfsg 
kiax package  we are not interested in these ones. We link against the 
iaxclient library as packaged for Debian, but I'm still not sure if our kiax 
package should be rebuilt against the fixed iaxclient packages recently 
prepared by Mikael Magnusson (thanks Mikael for that).

I also applied a minor patch to disable showing of Echo Cancellation checkbox, 
since we do not have such a feature supplied but the upstream kiax's lib/ by 
means of the tipic patch.
