kiax 0.8.51 - please review & upload

I agree with this patch as a workaround, but it would be good to have a
working echo cancellation support for kiax, can anybody investigate on this
tipic stuff or any other that wouldn't have license problems and would work?

I'm in the USA for hollydays now, so anybody feel free to upload whatever is
best on all this.

It would be good to have a working kiax for etch, maybe first upload
something that works even though we don't have echo cancellation and then
try to solve the echo thing.
