KPhone + Bluetooth headset & KPhone SI

Hi Alexander,

Yes we are planning on moving to KphoneSI as the logical new upstream to 
kphone.

Of course the problem is finding the time :-)

Your bluetooth headset patch is welcome into the Debian archive as well, but 
if you are going to get included upstream in KphoneSI then that maybe the 
simplest way to go.
