Bug#357012: asterisk-chan-capi: Build system tries to select
"-march=FOO" CFLAG; that's b0rken

Package: asterisk-chan-capi
Version: 0.6.4-1
Severity: normal
The current build system select the argument to -march for GCC from
DEB_HOST_ARCH, in order not to let the upstream Makefile take
something else (such as i686). This is trouble waiting to happen;
better change the upstream Makefile not to use -march at all.
(Besides, it should be DEB_BUILD_GNU_CPU rather than DEB_HOST_ARCH if
it needs to be done!)
