mediaproxy

Hello,

I just committed initial version of control files for mediaproxy package.
Mediaproxy is another RTP proxy server, it is similar in functionality to
rtpproxy, but it has some additional features. Mediaproxy is written in
python and works with mediaproxy module of SER.

This package is still work in progress, the todo list for this package contains:
- Check against Debian Python Policy
- Create a configuration dialog that would ask which component of mediaproxy
  package should be enabled (proxydispatcher which runs on SER machine
  versus media proxy component which can run on a different machine).
- Test it with mediaproxy SER module
- Write man page
