Newer versions of jpgraph are non-free. The last GPL version is
packaged in Debian, but it lacks most of what the CDR needs, so it's
unusable.

Lame is/was used in AMPortal to reencode the MOH MP3. MP3 encoders are
subject to patents, and can't be distributed in Debian.

asterisk-perl has no license attached, AFAIK. It can't even be
distributed, let alone modified.

The asterisk-perl author seems MIA. A proper licensing of
asterisk-perl seems out of the question at the moment :(

I've got a shitload of patches against AMPortal 1.10.008, but the
AMPortal upstreams did not integrate all of them, and it took them
MONTHS to integrate the few patches they integrated ... well, too bad
for AMPortal.
