The original author of this patch is Celso Fassoni and right now he's working 
on it to get built with the SVN trunk code before submitting it ;-) (which 
changed a lot, specially say.c, as Tzafrir pointed out in the pkg-voip list)

I hope it can be included just in the next Debian release, since this patch 
would possible get commited only for 1.2.8, maybe. Cheers,
