Hi!
I don't know if you know about Debian's voip team, it is formed by the
devels that package voip related stuff, we have all the stuff on the svn
(http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-voip/) so that we can do collaborative
maintaining when wanted/needed.
The thing is that I saw that you had packaged wengophone, I was trying to
find the 2.0 beta1 version but I saw that the version you have uploaded is
older than that, so I tried to see if you had wengophone on pkg-voip's svn
and I saw that you didn't, thus I thought I could invite you to join us on
the team.
While we are at it, I'd like to offer help with the package if you need/want
it, it is not that I have a lot of free time, but the program looks
promising and I'd like to see #358204 closed by making the necesary changes
so that people can use Debian's package to connect to Wengo or any other
providers. However I believe that the license issues should be solved prior
to that.
Anyway... what do you think, do you like the idea of joining the voip team?
BTW: I'm CCing the list of the voip team so that they know about this, feel
free to ask us whatever questions you have.
Regards...
