Hm, should we explicitely mention configure's options and not to rely on 
autodetection so much ? If I'm not mistaken in CDBS world that means 
DEB_CONFIGURE_opt1=val1 ... DEB_CONFIGURE_optN=valN.

I've added new variables for binNMU-safety as of dpkg-dev (>= 1.13.19)
