That's due to the new dfsg-repack. The old version of dfsg-repacking
didn't remove iaxy.bin. Since Mark chose that this needs to be removed
and we've apparently not yet completed this step, this is still due to
add a debconf prompting the user to now allow for download of this file.
At least I personally find that having iaxy.bin with asterisk is
something mandantory and therefore our users should at least have a way
to "just get it done" like with the old java-package or
flasplayer-installer.
