Yes! You right!
I do an "make -f debian/rules get-orig-source" and solves my problem.
Now I got other error on generating the package it self, look:
dh_gencontrol -i
dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable
${Source:Version}
dpkg-gencontrol: warning: unknown substitution variable
${Source:Version}
dh_md5sums -i
dh_builddeb -i
dpkg-deb: parse error, in file `debian/asterisk/DEBIAN/control' near
line 6 package `asterisk':
`Depends' field, reference to `asterisk-classic': error in version:
version string is empty
dh_builddeb: command returned error code 512
make: *** [binary-indep] Error 1
The line 6 on "debian/asterisk/DEBIAN/control":
...
