I alone manage around 10 bristuff installations, I know of another guy
that needs to handle hundreds of installations. Due to the nature of
those systems (highly experimental right now) they can't partecipate to
popcon surveys.
Popcon is nice, but it can't always be accurate.

Yes! :)
Otherwise I would be happy to use another ISDN stack, but I just can't
find another that's working fine. For that reason I asked about having
chan_misdn in pkg_voip. I just need a way to support the popular 1 and 4
bri cards. Anyone is welcome, if working right (I had *big* problems
with all of them).

Any suggestion in that field is highly welcome :)

P.S.: I look forward to having asterisk 1.4 in Etch, but I understand
that it can be a lot of work to mantain two packages, so having regular
backports like you already do for Sarge would be great anyway.
