right. Even though that seems quite commonplace looking for a patch to
get it building with recent openh323. ;)

While trying to do so, you'll find that this version doesn't compile
either[1]. Maybe the upcoming 1.0.0 will, but there is no tag in CVS for it
yet, so we'll have to try a CVS snapshot.

If you search for an open source PBX that does handle T.38, you may find
callweaver, asterisk and maybe woomera interesting. Yet it largely
depends on what an "open source equivalentwhich can work with a Cisco
router" is. If you ask me without telling me that's VoIP, I'd say
quagga. =)
