Bug#433779: asterisk doesn't work correctly after boot

Hi

I have now installed a newer asterisk from source(because support of
Danish CID is missing from the older Asterisk releases)

I believe I will have some information ready for you in the weekend(I
have to install the package again and test)

But I think it sounds right that the problem is asterisk starting
before my network is up. That is why I tried to change the order of
the "rc scripts" but it didn't help starting asterisk as the last script

But I will test the things you both have written in the weekend
