extremadura meeting?

Kilian asked on IRC if we should plan for a slot for one of the
Extrmadura meetings.
I asked Andreas and he said that it would be one of the weekends of
October, November or December.

Who's interested?

Depending on "who", we should plan an agenda and see if there is a point
on doing this meeting.
e.g. it doesn't make sense to plan for openh323 if Kilian won't attend, etc.

Good candidates would be mISDN, if the relevant people would be willing
to attend.
