What do you mean by ztxen?

ztxen is simply ztdummy built without the RTC support (which is a
build-time option). So no need to add a separate module, I suspect.

According to the last comment there, It seems to require that the kernel 
will have HZ=1000, which is not so in a stock Debian Kernel.
