Bug#433779: asterisk doesn't work correctly after boot

Where exactly do you get such a failure tone? calling from where to
where?

Please demonstrate that Asterisk is wrong What would you expect to be
the right behaviour? How specifically (output of a command or something)
do you see that something is wrong?
