Package: twinkle
Version: 1:1.0.1-1
Severity: normal
Hi,
I have my KDE set up to emit system sounds and have chosen ALSA as
output device. However, for some reason, my KDE still uses arts for
output (artsd -F 10 -S 4096 -a alsa -d -s 60 -m artsmessage -c
drkonqi -l 3 -f).
When I start up twinkle (set up for ALSA), I get an error message that
the device "Speaker" could not be accessed.
Other audio apps work fine.
If I am doing something wrong, please advice. Otherwise, please
investigate how to make twinkle play more nicely.
Greetings
Marc
