newest zaptel package

Debian Voip Team,

Is there any way that the newest zaptel package could be pushed to Etch in 
order to get the best support possible for hardware in Etch?

The fxotune in the Etch version also may have a bug causing it to not work 
properly. Please see [1] for more info. I have not been able to successfully 
use the fxotune to eliminate echo on a few systems I have tried it on.
