zaptel 1.2.13 adds the new zaptel codec interface, and the HPEC. Note
that in order to use the HPEC, one will have to rebuild zaptel.

So while I'd very much like to see this, it is not a simple update. I
would like to see it personally, as support for our own hardware is much
improved there.

In the recent Sid packages I got fxotune from 1.4 . It seems to work
much better.
