Yes, I plan to put *everything* into its own namespace. The only package
which so far really breaks the naming convention is libpri1.2 for the
1.4.x versions. I'm not sure whether we should put libpri1.4 there for
trunk or what the 1.2 series is supposed to have for a package name.
