I think I managed to accidentally build asterisk 1.4 once with libpri
1.2, but maybe it was at the time chan_zap build was disabled. IIRC
asterisk's build actively chancks for some newer defines in zaptel 1.4
(and zaptel 1.4.2) but I'm not really sure if it actively checks for
libpri 1.4 . Though the README asks for libpri 1.4.
Though the soname has not changed, IIRC.
