Bug#442414: Acknowledgement (zaptel-source: When ztdummy module is loaded ztest hangs and asterisk playback doesn't work)

Thanks to a helpful message from Tzafrir Cohen on the asterisk-users
mailing list, I've learned that these problems can be solved by using
zaptel 1.4 from the subversion repository:

http://svn.digium.com/svn/zaptel/branches/1.4/

This solves both of the problems mentioned in this bug report.
