Intent to orphan kiax package

Hello VoIP team,

	Considering the current unresolved bugs, the poor quality of sound codecs and 
inactive upstream for more than an year I think it is best to orphan kiax 
package and later ask for removal. My personal view is that it is better not 
to ship poorly written and maintained software than having something which 
almost works from time to time.

What do you guys think wrt orphaning kiax package ?
