OpenSER & Kamailio orphaned

Hi,

The openser and kamailio packages are up for grab. I'm giving both of
them away as:
 - I don't use them anymore; I haven't even worked in the VoIP field
   for the past year
 - the OpenSER project has turned nasty in the past months, and I
   just did not follow the ongoing drama, nor am I interested in
   dealing with that kind of crap

Whoever wants openser/kamailio, have fun. The kamailio directory has
some of the work done for the transition, but the best part still
needs to be done.
