Taking maintenance over pwlib and opal packages

Eugen,

I would suggest you don't need to 'take over' the packages, rather you can maintain them with the pkg-voip team on alioth and svn.debian.org.

As mentioned previously all you need to do is add yourself to the maintainers field on svn for those packages and then you can upload to Experimental.

I would ask that you make sure you do not upload to unstable without discussion until lenny is released and that you do use svn.debian.org to control all changes.

Hi,

I would really like to upload new versions of pwlib and opal in debian
experimental. I propose myself as maintainer of these packages, as
ekiga is by far the most used rdepend and I am interested in ekiga (of
course, I'll take care of the other rdepend packages too).

What should I do in order to have these packages soon installed? I have
been waiting for one month...

Cheers.
