Debian maintainer

Hello,

I'm with the OpenSIPS project (www.opensips.org) (former OpenSER) and 
right now we have no debian maintainer any more. We do have all the 
scripts for generating the deb packages, but no official way of 
including them into debian official tree.

Please let me know if there is any way for you to help us with this 
matter and what are the procedures.
