I'll see about maintainership, but for now I could upload the 2.0 snapshot
to experimental if nobody objects. Also I would like to know if anyone
objects to this change:

  * Merge the acc_db module into the main ser package, and the acc_radius
    module into the ser-radius-modules package, since they have no extra
    dependencies.

Yes, I plan to look at updating rtpproxy too.
