This package has a patches/ directory. From what I understands, it means
a non-standard source tree. Hence this requires README.source .

I already put a rather generic README.source in some packages . e.g. I
believe that the one from the package zaptel will apply with a minimal
single edit of "zaptel" to "siproxd". And also slightly edit to adjust
to patchsys.

(libpri has basically the same stanza with "dpatch" instead of "quilt")

I used a generic stanza because I assumed things may change and
therefore preffered providing links to a page with further information.
