I don't think it was ever officially packaged. I made a simple package
of it long ago. But it seemed like an unmaintained program and I didn't
quite follow up.
Current upstream is http://github.com/davetroy/astmanproxy
I don't see any tags there. I think it was adapted to the manager
interface changes of 1.6, but I'm not sure.
