libspandsp vs. libspandsp2

Hi,

I wanted to know the reason why spandsp 0.0.6~pre12 is generating a
libspandsp2.

I know upstream is using the minor version field so therefor it should
be libspandsp6 already.

Anyhow I would suggest keeping it just as libspandsp in the debian
repository.
