All in all looks quite well. One thing I would expect is a short
README.Debian that would explain the Debian-Specific bits. For instance,
the Debian Asterisk packages do support foo but not support bar, to do x
you can use the following command, etc.
In short, how can I get from 'aptitude install webmeetme' to a working
webmeetme setup?
Can you describe here the manual steps that are required?

Is that directory really needed there? It looks like mostly
documentation (docs) and configuration samples (examples) to me.

Are those sound to be playable by Asterisk? In what language? If so, see
the path of sound files in recent Asterisk packages.
Are those sounds expected to be included in the core or extra Asterisk
sound sets in the future?
