All you need to start is in /usr/share/doc/webmeetme/README file.

Moved under share/doc.
Read upstream README at section "Using Web-MeetMe with Asterisk 1.6 or
newer". AFAIU it would be useful to build app_cbmysql.so module and
manage conferences on asterisk <1.6.
It also contains scripts to create db and tables.
