It does, but the banner is still hardcoded:

While it would be nice to have a more sensible way of dealing with
this, upgrading to 0.2 will be enough (for now?) to close this bug.
Also, and in any case, "Justification: renders package unusable" seems
to be quite exaggerated: after all this package works as well as ever
- the "only problem" is that it only supports Asterisk 1.0.
