Bug#692575: pbx_spool.so hardcodes spool path

I have not yet tried to reproduce this, but it looks OK in the code, and
I don't recall this warning when trying similar things in the past.

'core show settings' should show the value of astspooldir. Was it set?
It should be applied to the module pbx_spool.so at the time it loads.
