iaxmodem REMOVED from testing

The /usr/bin/iaxmodem binary from 1.2.0~dfsg-1 atr least does
not link dynamically with libtiff.

  libtiff is only required because iaxmodem uses spandsp, and spandsp 
  requires libtiff to build.  However, iaxmodem does not use any of the 
  spandsp features that involve libtiff.  So, I suppose that it would be 
  possible to remove the libtiff-depending components from spandsp and 
  still build a functional iaxmodem without libtiff.

  However, that's an exercise for the enthusiast.  :-)

For the actual question, IMHO it does not link with libtiff at all.
