iaxmodem REMOVED from testing

I've refreshed packaging and uploaded it. But now would probably be a
good time to ask: is it still useful? Asterisk now has fax support using
spandsp (and not a statically-linked copy). Anything other than Asterisk
would probably not use IAX.
