Bug#756322: portaudio: should this package be removed?

portaudio is not in testing, has a release-critical bug, has been
superseded by portaudio19, and nothing seems to depend on it any more[1].
Should it be removed from Debian?

reassign nnnnnn ftp.debian.org
retitle nnnnnn RM: portaudio -- RoM; superseded by portaudio19
