Bug#756425: asterisk: lua doesn't work in 11.11.0

Dear Maintainer,

I upgraded from asterisk 11.10.2 to 11.11.0 and found that my extensions.lua
would not load. This completely wipes out my installation since all of
my extensions are defined in lua (hence severity: important)

The error that I get when doing "module load pbx_lua" is:

I suspect that something about the way that asterisk is compiled fails
to export lua symbols that are needed by pbx_lua.so

googling for the problem led to: http://dev.etlegacy.com/boards/2/topics/431 which may be relevant.

downgrading to 11.10.2 returns the previous functionality.
