Bug#856332: asterisk: useragent string contains special characters (~)

During sip registration with an upstream provider some of the added
characters (~) caused some issues.
Please revert useragent string back to default "Asterisk PBX" or provide
the sample config entry in /etc/asterisk/sip.conf:
useragent="Asterisk PBX"
