Supporting H.323 Stack in Stretch?

I'm certainly not maintaining anything VoIP-related these days and
haven't been doing so for some time now (nor do I intend to anytime
soon).

I've actually removed myself from the Uploaders of all pkg-voip packages
in git (and svn!) but some of these haven't seen an upload in quite some
time which is why you may still see me as a comaintainer when looking
purely in the archive. The H.323 packages may be among these.
