New upstream version of linphone

Hi,

the new upstream version of linphone has just been accepted into
experimental.

As far as I understand it, the experimental suite was needed because
some libraries are no longer built from the linphone sources (ortp,
mediastreamer) and therefore needed an extra source package.

Now all three source packages are in experimental, and I think we could
upload to unstable soon -- if there are no problems discovered with
linphone in the next days.

Or am I missing something here?
