Since you have already taken care of the symbols of belr we need to wait
for belr -> belcard -> linphone to build in experimental.

I think we need to test the rdepends of the libraries previously built
by linphone and test them in experimental. With a bit of luck they will
continue to build against the new -dev packages.

libortp9 (superseded by src:ortp, libortp13)
- kopete
- libosmotrau1
  - osmo-bts
  - libosmo-abis-dev

libmediastreamer-base3 (superseded by
mediastreamer2:libmediastreamer-base10):
- kopete

Since other packages are involved that need at least a binary rebuild we
probably have to schedule a transition with the release team.

I'll try a kopete and osmo rebuild asap.
