Move biboumi from VoIP to XMPP team?

I know its bit old mail but it took me time to sort out my mail setup
mess so replying now.

If it really helps to be a part of XMPP team then please move it.

I'm okay with these changes. And I hope new team has allowed all DD's
with access because otherwise we need to again request for Access.

Once you have moved please let us know about new URL to update our local
clones.
