Move biboumi from VoIP to XMPP team?

For the record (I believe Martin is aware already, from a continued 
discussion somewhere else):

I need more convincing for moving the package to a new team: What is 
burdening for me is engaging in yet another team, which involves 
following more chatter and understanding yet another set of guidelines.

I am not against doing that extra work, but it is extra work for me so I 
want convincing arguments about the benefits that outweight that "cost".

Concretely, the shift to Salsa is still quite a burden for me, due to 
being involved in many teams each needing different style of adaptations 
and shepherding.
