Move biboumi from VoIP to XMPP team?

Fair enough, whatever is fine with you Jonas :-). As you are the one who
is really taking care of package I'm okay with whatever you are ok.

Luckily I didn't came across any such problem. But again I'm just
involved in few teams :-).
