Bug#942521: linphone: Missing Video Codecs

Dear Maintainer,

On Buster, when installing linphone, the only video codec available is VP8.

The most used plugin in our environment is H264, installed in my system by
libx264.so.155 (seen in ldd /usr/bin/linphone).

There is no suggested packages, nor any documentation to see the others codecs.

How should I activate the H264 video codec ?
