yes, I have been dragging this far too long, sorry :-(

The problem is, the whole linphone library stack is ready, but I did not
manage yet to build a package for linphone(-desktop), the Qt successor
of the old Gtk client in src:linphone. The build system is weird, with a
lot of fiddling I can get it to build something, but it is installed in
weird paths relative to the buildpath and I cannot figure out why. Nor
have I managed to workaround this.

With this crucial last element missing, I am not convinced that a) the
whole linphone stack works and b) the migration path for upgrades has
been sufficiently well laid out to get it into unstable.

I'll try to find some time to work on this.
