Asterisk package tweaks

Hi Jasper,

sounds great, any help is greatly appreciated.

Packaging-specific improvements can be submitted as merge requests on
our Gitlab instance at https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-voip-team/asterisk .
You already did that an hour ago, so you found the right place :-) I
just won't merge it right now because the bullseye release is very close
and we are already in deep freeze.

Generic upstream issues should be reported at upstream and fixed there.
In certain cases we can backport commits from newer upstream releases.

You can also always file issues in the Debian BTS, even if you do not
have a fix ready. That's also recommended for more important Salsa merge
requests, as they are easily missed (normal Debian packaging workflow is
local git repo, Gitlab is just the mirror).
