Three new members of the Debian VoIP packaging team approved

I am in touch with Amin on #debian-voip, and have been en contact with
Gavin and Michel earlier, which is why I dared adding them to the team.

While I agree that the mailing list is a better forum for discussions
than salsa, I also believe we need to be on the offering side, not the
requiring side, when people want to vulnteer their time to help, and
assist people in joining the team instead of letting them linger for
months or years.

I was approached by Amid on IRC, had a look on Salsa for how to join the
team and discovered these two requests that had been lingering for 2 and
1 years respectively without any apparent activity.  It was such a shame
I decided it was time for me to do what I could to move things forward.
